1. The information received via MailerLite if you sign up for our email updates/freebies or promotional emails. 2. The information received via Google Analytics may collect things like your IP address, general location, pages visited, and browser type. This information in only shared to us in aggregate (e.g. it’s not identifiable to you specifically). Read more about how Google uses this data.

3. The information received via Dubsado, our customer relationship management software provider, if you fill out a contact form/application. Your name, email address and any other information submitted on a contact form is shared for us to use. We are also given information such as if and when you read an email, form, or contract sent via this software. Read Dubsado’s Privacy Policy.

4. The information received via Stripe if you use our private photo editing services. To avoid learning your credit card information, we’ve partnered with Stripe to securely process payment. As such, we never learn or store your credit card information. Stripe shares your name, address, and email with us. Read Stripe’s Privacy Policy.

5. The information received via Loom, a video service used to embed how-to videos on this site. Unless you have an account with Loom, the information is only shared with us in aggregate (e.g. it's not identifiable to you specifically) but will show us how many times a video has been seen and what comments have been made on those videos. 6. The information received via Vimeo, a video platform used to embed how-to videos on this site. The information is only shared with us in aggregate (e.g. it's not identifiable to you specifically) but will show us how many times a video has been seen and what comments have been made on those videos. Read Vimeo's Privacy Policy.

Cookies and Web Beacons uses cookies to store information about visitors’ preferences, to record user-specific information on which pages the site visitor accesses or visits, and to personalize or customize our web page content based upon visitors’ browser type or other information that the visitor sends via their browser.

We will use the information you provide via MailerLite sign up forms and/or Dubsado’s contact forms to be in touch with you and to provide email updates and promotions. Information from Google Analytics is used to improve this site to be more useful and relevant to the audience we intend to serve.

Physical Security
Any information about you that is on paper is locked in a file while not in use. Once the paper has served its purpose and is no longer in use, the document is shredded.

Electronic Security
Computers where your information may be stored or accessed are protected by passwords and/or pin numbers that are changed on a frequent basis. When in use, computers are not allow to leave the possession of the user. Computers are locked in controlled access rooms/buildings when not in use.

Site Security
This site uses security programs to actively prevent breaches and to notify us immediately of any successful breaches.
In the event of a security breach where email addresses may have been accessed, addressees will be notified within 72 hours.
