I’m a fairly positive person. I like to feel happy most of the time. But you know, if I didn’t ever feel sad, or angry, or scared that would be a pretty flat existence, wouldn’t it? Feeling the range of emotions from time to time gives life texture and depth. Granted, I’m not one who wants to wallow in strongly negative emotions. (A good thing, in my opinion.) Honestly, we can’t avoid them so might as well learn from them.
